Broadcast Pix Announces Appointment of  Graham Sharp to Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Broadcast Pix™, at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting, unanimously elected Graham Sharp as director to sit on the Board of the award-winning video technology company. This action follows Mr. Sharp’s engagement as CEO in August, 2019.

With more than three decades of executive management experience in the media technology and business development industries, Sharp brings extensive knowledge of international business and cultures gained through living and working in Asia, Europe, Canada, and the US. Prior to joining Broadcast Pix, Sharp served as executive vice president and general manager of Avid’s video division, as well as chief marketing officer and senior vice president of corporate development at Grass Valley.

As a full voting member of the Board, Mr. Sharp will now be able to seamlessly direct the continued transformation of the company, as it provides easy to use video production and streaming solutions for broadcasters, educators, corporations and government.

H. Kenneth Merritt. Jr., Chairman, stated, “the Board is impressed with progress that Graham has made to revitalize the company and revamp its suite of product offerings. We look forward to working with him on his exciting plans for the coming year.”
