Camera Corps Announces Q-Pac Modular Video Production System

Building on Camera Corps' long experience in supplying state-of-the art remote multi-camera systems, Q-Pac is designed for the smaller production where costs and space are constrained. It is a modular system packaged within a 2 x 20U rolling case which can integrate up to 20 incoming camera feeds. Feeds can be monitored and logged using a powerful combination of an Evertz EQT router and VIP multiviewers, then recorded on a server system such as a Simply Live ViBox or an EVS XT3.
Any recorded footage can then be transferred directly from the server to edit workstations, thus removing the need to ingest multiple record disks. Q-Pac can further be augmented with the addition of Pix 270i video recorders. A DirectOut M.1k2 MADI router and Lawo V_Pro8 audio/video processors provide a compact solution to handle all audio de-embedding, routing and embedding tasks efficiently, ensuring all sources are smoothly directed to where they need to be. A DirectOut Andiamo stage box and Yamaha DM1000 audio desk complete the audio package. Other audio desks are available if a client has a particular preference.
Q-Pac as a whole is designed to be a flexible, compact and cost-effective solution for quick deployment with minimal crewing in small to medium productions.
