Video 15 SB

The key to Sachtlers successful fluid heads is their step switching. Now our innovative SPEEDBALANCE technology enables even faster and finer counterbalance of your camera system. By reducing the minimum payload, the heads overall payload range is increased.

The fluid head Video 15 SB is delivered with the Touch & Go® plate 16 (Code No. 1064). It comes with a 1/4 screw and 3/8 screw. Spare camera screws (1/4/ 3/8) and a pin screw are stored in the balance plate. The pin screw fits in the centre hole of the camera plate. Thus a pin/1/4 screw connection can be achieved if your camera requires this connection.
If your camera remains front- or back heavy after going through the necessary centring procedure you may solve this by using the C.O.G plate (Code No. 1063). This plate offers a removed position. The C.O.G. plate can be mounted to either the front or the back. It cannot be operated with pin and 1/4 screw.

Video 18 S1

The S1 fluid heads are the latest models of the two legendary Sachtler Video 18 and Video 20 ENG / EFP series. Now with 6 steps more, the Video 18 S1 has a 16-step counterbalance and enables extremely fine tuning for the camera users. The fluid head now also has a Boost Button for a quick payload range shift and is therefore not only suitable for conventional usage in the ENG areas with digital and HDV camcorders, but also suitable for DSLR camera shooting HD videos with a film-like setup and appropriate accessories. Sachtler's well-proven Speed balance technology enables quick and fine adjustment.

Video 20 S1

Additionally, the payload range of the Video 20 S1 has been broadened and can take on cameras starting at two kilograms. The fluid head now also has a Boost Button for a quick payload range shift and is therefore not only suitable for conventional usage in the ENG area with digital and HDV camcorders but also suitable for DSLR cameras shooting HD videos with a film-like setup and appropriate accessories. Sachtler's well-proven Speed balance technology enables quick and fine adjustment.

Video 18 Dutch

Why not take full advantage of breathtaking scenes and extraordinary settings? With Sachtlers Video 18 Dutch, you can do just that. The head for special effects provides you with seven steps of drag, even in conjunction with lateral tilt.

Today, the normal shot just doesnt satisfy our expectations anymore. Shots need to be thrilling, breathtaking, electrifying camera language has become more spectacular. Sachtler has responded to this trend for new camera motion. A Dutch Head add-on has been developed for all film, ENG and DV fluid heads with camera plate 16. The Video 18 Dutch features a cross-sliding plate with a sliding range of 60 mm / 2.4" to provide for precise camera control. Thus the cameras centre of gravity can be exactly aligned over the swivelling axis. The head is able to tilt the horizon, and features a scale on its right side that shows the exact degree of third axis movement.
