PAG Polecam Stand: D12 P AG will be showing its new PAGlink high-power linking battery system for the first time in the UK. PAGlink is the first camera battery system that allows you to link multiples of 96 watt-hour V-Mount Li-Ion batteries. Two, three, or up to eight PAGlink batteries can be linked, combining capacities for extended run- time, and providing up to 12A for power- hungry high-definition broadcast, digital cinematography, and 3D camera set-ups. PAGlink batteries form a high-speed serial network that controls discharging and allows charging to take place while the batteries are linked. PAGlink batteries have a higher energy density, built-in run- time indication, and multi-viewfinder data system compatibility. They have been independently tested and approved to UN standards and can be transported without quantity restriction on passenger aircraft. Autocue Stand: B10 T he Polecam Starter Pack will be the star of Polecams offering at BVE in February. The small pack with big ambitions is aimed at the digital SLR market. Polecam’s managing director, Steffan Hewitt, and Polecam owner-operator Chris Taber will be on hand to demonstrate that good things come in small packages the Starter Pack weighs just 15kg and comes in a specially- designed foam insert designed to drop straight into a Pelicase (model 1770). The reasonably-priced £6,000 pack (the PSP) is Polecams response to the growing demand in the digital SLR sector and is compatible with the latest DSLR and lightweight video cameras. Stand: C14 A t BVE 2012 teleprompter, newsroom and video server specialists Autocue will showcase a complete, affordable end-to- end live production and newsroom workflow in support of the DCMS local TV initiative. Brainstorm Multimedia Stand: G8 At Broadcast Video Expo 2012 Brainstorm Multimedia will feature EasySet 3D, which provides unlimited creativity when generating 3D sets. EasySet 3D includes an expandable library of virtual set backgrounds, roofs, floors, walls, textures and objects. Also at BVE will be Brainstorm’s popular Aston Character Generator, plus the template- based news graphics system BrainNews.
