This new site has been developed to provide the users with a better visual experience and navigation, where information and resources are more immediately accessible, featuring additional content download possibilities plus easier access to resellers and points of sale. Brainstorms new website not only is significantly faster but has improved the user experience enhancing its visual contents and improving its readability, at the same time that allows the download of a great amount of relevant information. Designed to be used instead of the EN- EL15 battery, this new dummy battery has an in-line voltage regulator and connects to a power source via Power-Con (D-Tap) plug. This enables the user to power the camera from a wide range of industry-standard sources; dramatically increasing the possible runtimes and, unlike other ‘dummy’ adaptors on the market, the DC-D800 enables the camera to remain fully mobile without the need for a mains power supply. The DC-D800’s in-line voltage regulator ensures that the correct voltage for the camera is supplied from unregulated power inputs of between 11-18V. Installing the dummy battery unit is exactly the same process as with a conventional battery and the flying lead exits the camera body via the cut-out in the battery enclosure.
