Using the Web Services API, Dialogue Search can seek out assets and associated metadata within Interplay Production and create a phonetic index of this media. The user can then search for any combination of words and phrases spoken within the media, independent of any metadata. Results and play back happens in the Dialogue Search interface using Avid’s ICPS player. Drew Lanham, senior vice president and general manager, Nexidia Media and Entertainment Division said: “There are more than 2,000 Avid Interplay Production installations, so clearly Interplay is a favorite among media organizations. That’s why it was important for us to integrate Dialogue Search with Interplay Production. This new integration represents a great addition to a growing list of Dialogue Search integrations with leading media asset management systems.” Audio monitoring TSL Products will showcase its latest range of audio monitoring products and show its Integrated Display Systems (IDS) for the first time in North America at NAB 2015 (booth N5112). Following the agreement of a strategic partnership with IPE Products, visitors to the TSL Products booth will be able to see how IDS brings together dynamic display functions such as clocks, tally lamps, scrolling text, display of RSS and video feeds with critical broadcast functions such as production timers, timecode interfaces, automation system interfaces and DMX lighting control. TSL Products will also present what it considers to be the most significant addition to its TallyMan control system range since its inception: the new TM1 MK2 model. The TM1 MK2 eliminates the typical bottlenecks that broadcasters face as the demand for monitoring and control capabilities increases, and the amount of controllable systems and the volume of available data continues to grow. In addition, TSL will display its Precision Audio Monitor (PAM) series and the newest features of its PAM PiCo range of audio and Loudness meters.
