Venera Technologies has integrated its Pulsar automated file-based QC system with IPV’s Curator media asset management system. The combination allows users to benefit from Curator’s rich asset management capabilities while ensuring content quality at every stage of their workflow with Pulsar. Pulsar nodes can be inserted at different stages within a Curator workflow while Pulsar QC templates can be assigned in order to verify that the content is ready for the next stage. Nigel Booth, executive vice president for sales and marketing at IPV, said: “QC operations are a crucial part of any video workflow. Working together, Venera’s Pulsar and our Curator’s advanced metadata management workflow tools speed up and simplify the process, ensuring that content is quality-checked and ready for transmission across all platforms.” www.ipv.com Reality Shows | Danger Zones | Big Screen Feeds Congress Centres | Wildlife | Underwater Concerts & Tours | Sport | News +44 (0)1590 622 440 www.bradeng.com KITPLUS - THE TV-BAY MAGAZINE: ISSUE 101 MAY 2015 | 27
