Appointment PHABRIX is delighted to welcome Martin Mulligan as PHABRIX’s new sales director. Following on from a career in many successful high profi le sales positions, the most recent of which was sales director for Quantel, Martin brings a wealth of experience globally to this innovative test and measurement company.
