Camera support Prompting Datavideo is hoping to “democratise professional studio teleprompting” with the introduction of its DV Prompter Pro Server (DVP-100). Due to make its debut at BVE the company says the new prompter is the size and cost of a mini converter, but “promises to bring multi-screen teleprompting to the masses.” DVP-100 gives studio managers the ability to manage multiple presenter prompters from a laptop or tablet. It creates a wireless network that sends scripts to connected tablets or any display with a built-in browser in real- time. As such, all screens are synchronized, allowing the presenter the freedom to roam within the studio. Datavideo UK technical manager Adam Levitt said: “This solution brings professional studio prompting to every size of studio.” Miller Fluid Heads (Europe) will be showcasing the Cineline 2090 Tripod System and the Arrow Series of fluid heads at the BSC Expo 2016 (booth 203) in Battersea.
