Autoscript, part of Vitec Videocom, a Vitec Group company, provided a range of its equipment to Breast Cancer Cares prestigious fashion show in London, which took place earlier this month on October 1, 2014.
The event, hosted by Kirsty Young and Sophie Raworth, was held at Londons Grosvenor House Hotel, marking the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and helped raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Care- the only UK-wide specialist support charity for anyone facing this brutal disease. The star-studded celebration involved two catwalk shows scheduled in both the afternoon and the evening, featuring first-time models who have all been diagnosed with breast cancer.
The annual event is supported by some of the UKs finest fashion designers and was styled by renowned fashion correspondent, Hilary Alexander. Autoscript supplied a number of its innovative prompting solutions and one if its most experienced operators to support the shows and ensure the scripts and presentations run as seamlessly as possible.
The Autoscript products, designed with knowledge gained within rental divisions over the last 25 years, include two Rise and Fall robotic conference stands and the companys Windows based teleprompting application, Winplus. The equipment which was used at the live event, was selected by the events main producers DSA Productions, and operated by Autoscript Rentals Johnny Rollison, a highly experienced operator who has worked on multiple award shows and broadcast television projects.
Autoscript Rentals offers the most innovative, reliable mounting and presentation options, including several award winning solutions, for a wide range of applications, whether it is a small corporate event, live TV broadcasts or a prominent one-off fundraiser like Breast Cancer Cares fashion show.
