Densitron to exhibit latest UReady control surfaces and Tactila at 2022 NAB Show

Densitron, the global leader in innovative Human Machine Interaction (HMI) and display technology, has announced that it will showcase solutions including its latest UReady universal control surfaces and the IDS (Intelligent Display System) platform at the 2022 NAB Show, which is scheduled for April 24-27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The first NAB Show to take place for more than two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the exhibition will also see IDS integrations with BirdDog NDI cameras, Polecam’s AutoPod+ unit and Densitron’s new Multiviewer+ solution, developed in collaboration with Bridge Technologies. |

Densitron introduces new UReady Control Surfaces

Densitron, a creator of HMI technologies and a global leader in display, monitor, and embedded computing solutions today announced the addition of three new models to its acclaimed UReady 2RU Control Surface range.
The UReady 2RU display range are large, high-resolution control surfaces that provide a comfortable, wide-angle viewing experience that can be easily configured for multiple applications and user preferences. UReady is engineered to fully respond to the needs of broadcast, telecommunications, and many other networked business applications where monitoring and control are vital operational requirements.
The new models include a standalone UReady 2RU 16.3” control surface with Ethernet connectivity operating on an ARM® platform. HMI options can then be added through the use of Densitron’s proprietary tactile-touch transparent buttons. Options range from a single row of 16 buttons up to a fully populated surface with 54 buttons for even more control and flexibility.

Densitron appoints Mark Brown to head sales and operations for the Americas

Densitron, a creator of HMI technologies and a global leader in display, monitor, and embedded computing solutions, has announced the appointment of Mark Brown as Director of Sales and Operations for the Americas. A sales and business development executive with extensive knowledge and relationships in the IoT space of Industrial, Medical, Security, Consumer and Test & Measurement markets.
Brown joins Densitron having led technical sales organisations focusing on hardware, software, firmware and associated development tools for complex semiconductors such as FPGAs, custom ICs, wireless connectivity solutions and control systems.
Brown held senior positions at QuickLogic, OKI Semiconductor and ChipX. He also drove sales of RF microwave, wireless modules and services at California Eastern Laboratories across the Americas; and serving as VP, Business Development and Sales at wireless solutions company MMB Networks.
At Densitron Brown will be charged with further expanding the global reach of the company’s control surfaces, control systems, monitors and displays. In particular, Brown will be exploring new markets, in broadcast and elsewhere, for the Intelligent Display System (IDS) platform. Combining proprietary hardware and software that allow broadcasters to connect, control and automate devices and activities in and around the studio.
