New Film The Sower Completed Using Pocket Cinema Camera; Cintel Film Scanner and DaVinci Resolve Studio Posted: 22/06/2017
Blackmagic Design today announced that Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera was the A camera used to shoot the award-winning Yosuke Takeuchi film, The Sower. Grading and film scanning for the film were done at TOKYO LABORATORY LTD (Togen), using Davinci Resolve Studio and Cintel Film Scanner.

Sundance Film Free and Easy Graded with DaVinci Resolve Studio by Homeboy Digital Film Laboratory Posted: 06/02/2017

Blackmagic Design today announced that its professional editing and grading software DaVinci Resolve Studio and DaVinci Resolve Advanced Panel were used by Beijing based Homeboy Digital Film Laboratory for color grading and finishing Free and Easy, the only Chinese feature film selected for the World Cinema Dramatic Competition of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.

Blackmagic Design has announced that URSA Mini 4.6K EF was used to shoot the music video for Lights Down Low by MAX. Blackmagic Design Video Assist 4K was used for 4K monitoring and recording on the intensely packed two day shoot, while DaVinci Resolve Studio was used for color grading the video.

Blackmagic Design has today announced that the latest series of Annes Kitchen was filmed in Ultra HD 4K with digital film and studio cameras, including the URSA Mini 4.6K and Micro Studio Camera 4K. Post production on the prime time RTL series, including the edit and grade, was completed in DaVinci Resolve Studio.

SXSW Film The Arbalest Created with Blackmagic Cinema Camera and DaVinci Resolve 12 Studio Posted: 21/03/2016
Blackmagic Design announced today that the 2016 SXSW debut film The Arbalest was shot using a Blackmagic Cinema Camera. Captured by director Adam Pinney and DP Hugh Braselton, the film was also color graded with DaVinci Resolve 12 Studio by colorist David Torcivia.
