EF INFECTION CONTROL AIMS TO MAKE TRADESHOWS COVID-SAFE WITH SANITISE 360

EF Infection Control, a part of the EF Group, is pleased to announce the availability of a radical new solution to help ensure the safety of attendees at tradeshows and other major indoor events as industries worldwide move towards post-lockdown operation.

EF recognized that there would be a benefit to many industries and decided to partner with leading infection and virus control specialists Aeret UK. As a result of this partnership, EF Infection Control has developed the service Sanitise 360. One of the major benefits is to enable tradeshow organisers and other clients to operate their buildings andfacilities, confident that they have one of the best levels of sanitisation available.

Sanitise 360’s technology delivers a non-toxic atomised mist that kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses that are airborne as well as on surfaces including; Hepatitis, Covid-19, CoV2, SARS, MRSA plus fungi and mould that are associated with a variety of infections and allergies. Unlike most fogging systems it is completely safe to use around electronic equipment and has been engineered to leave no chemical residue behind in any of its applications.

Undisturbed surfaces can remain protected for anything up to 60 hours, while for high traffic sites an overnight application ensures a high level of safety. For tradeshow attendees, conference delegates, and even audiences at indoor events such as sporting fixtures, concerts, TV shows, or other arts-based events. Areas are protected and ready to use after 30 minutes.

Compared to other solutions entering the market, Sanitise 360 is remarkably cost-effective, with application costs under £1 per square metre.

“An atomised mist produces much smaller particles than fogging machines, meaning that it is effectively dry by the time it settles, not only destroying 99.99% of airborne viruses and bacteria but providing the same level of protection to surfaces as well,” comments Neil Goatcher, EF Group CEO. “Tradeshows are already doing their utmost best to provide Covid-secure environments, but we feel Sanitise 360 will be an important additional weapon in their battle to reassure attendees that safety is at the head of the priority list.”

LiveU Demonstrates the Combined Power of 5G Slices and Bonding for Remote Contribution

In a recent “first”, LiveU tested how 5G slices – the ability to segment a 5G network to provide guaranteed upload bandwidth and latency – can serve global media remote production. This was done together with Ericsson and RAI as part of the work the three companies are carrying on in the EU 5G-RECORDS* project, designed to develop, integrate, validate and demonstrate specific 5G components in end-to-end 5G infrastructures for professional AV media content production.
