When the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series visited Wales for the UK leg of their global cliff diving championship, XL Events was on hand to ensure all the action was captured for the crowds of excited spectators.
With competitors diving from a height of 27 metres from the top of the Pembrokeshire cliffs, XL Events needed to ensure that spectators in both of the cliff viewing areas had an excellent view of the 14 divers from 9 different countries.

The IK-HR1P is actually a Toshiba IK-HR1S 1-CMOS HD C-mount camera especially modified to CS-mount by SeeSense.

Norfolk State University Installs Three Hitachi HD Cameras in its Studio for Student-Produced Programming Norfolk State University (NSU), in Norfolk, VA, installed three new Hitachi SK-HD1000 digital high definition cameras in its television studio, which provides hands-on training to students enrolled in the schools Mass Communication program.  The studio, which is part of NSUs School of Liberal Arts, enables students to satisfy media lab requirements and produce their own videos as they work toward a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication.

NEW PSALMIST BAPTIST CHURCH INSTALLS FIVE HITACHI Z-HD5000 MULTIFORMAT HD CAMERAS New Psalmist Baptist Church in Baltimore, MD recently installed five new Hitachi Z-HD5000 multi-format HD cameras within the 4,000-seat main sanctuary of its new multi-million-dollar worship center, known as The Holy City of Zion.

Besides enhancing the worship experience for churchgoers, the high-def video is used to produce The Empowering Disciples Broadcast, a highly rated, half-hour religious HDTV program produced weekly for over-the-air broadcast on WJZ-TV, the CBS affiliate in Baltimore.
When we first saw these cameras at NAB in April 2010, we realized that their price point would enable us to meet our goal to offer broadcast-quality, high-definition video while sticking to our budget, said Minister Joshua Thomas, multi-media and creative arts technician for New Psalmist Baptist Church.
