The recently redeveloped Television Centre, the BBCs long-term home, will include three large studios and post production facilities integrated into a mixed-use site. The new studios are part of a greenfield development, providing BBC Studioworks with the opportunity to supply the technology behind a state-of-the-art modern production facility essentially from scratch.

Harris Broadcast Delivers Over-the-Air National Digital Television for Kuwait TV Posted: 27/02/2014

Harris Broadcast, a market share leader of content management and network infrastructure solutions serving the global broadcast, communication service provider, government and enterprise markets, today announced that Kuwait TV, the countrys official state-run television station run by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information, has selected the companys distribution and over-the-air transmission technology as part of the regions first end-to-end DVB-T2 implementation. Kuwait TV has embarked on the transition from analogue to digital transmission in a bid to attract more of the population to watch local television over the air.
