New Sony Pro Ambassador Programme supports internationally renowned filmmakers

Today, Sony launches its Sony Pro Ambassador Programme, which will support a select group of independent and passionate lmmakers in becoming the great storytellers of tomorrow.

The programme will empower creative lmmakers to share their real-world experiences, how-to tips as well as insights into their individual filmmaking processes to inspire current and future generations of filmmakers.

The programme will create a community of mutual knowledge sharing filmmakers who have chosen the Sony handheld camcorders, including the PXW-FS5, PXW-FS5M2, PXW-FS7 and PXW-FS7M2, to create and inspire audiences worldwide.

From the UK, James Matthews and Alister Chapman are taking part in the programme. They are joined by filmmakers Stéphane Couchoud from France, Simone Cioè from Italy, Horacio Cabilla from Spain, Alexandru Don from Romania, and Mike Suminski from Germany.
