Octopus Newsroom will demonstrate the expanded feature set of its powerful and innovative newsroom computer system on stand 6J2-01 at Broadcast Asia 2018 in Singapore, June 26-28. The Octopus team at the show will include Peter Stoku, Gabriel Jankó, Lukáš Kotek, Miro Rusko and Jan Polak.

* Twitter posting now allows 280 characters instead of the former limit of 140 characters.
* Video can now be posted direct from Octopus to Twitter as well.
A key feature of the Broadcast Asia exhibit will be the successful use of Octopus for sports broadcasting. This application generally centres on a more spontaneous presentation style than the tightly scripted approach used in most news productions. Octopus is successfully used in both roles.
