From Features to Commercials, One Constant for Koretz is Petrol Bags
Whether cinematographer Eric Koretz is prepping for his recent feature Comet, directed by Sam Esmail, or commercials for Motorola and American Airlines, the one constant for him is Petrol Bags, part of Vitec Videocom, a Vitec Group company. Often these shoots involve heavy traveling, Koretz says. One thing I dont have to worry about is the condition of my equipment as we move because its always packed in my Petrol Bags. I chose them because they are simply versatile, have unique features and are well built.

Visual Journalist Jonah Kessel relies on Petrol Bags
Jonah Kessel, a visual journalist based in Beijing, mostly works freelance. Profound documentaries, well-researched reports, and an eye for the extraordinary are what set this creative cinematographer apart from others. He was recently on the go for "Myanmar emerges", a documentary for the Global Post about the budding democracy in what was once Burma. He is also part of the video team for the New York Times. For this international newspaper, the US-born cinematographer reports on China, his adopted country, and beyond. Together with his team, he won the Pulitzer Prize in 2013 in the category "Explanatory Reporting" for the New York Times report "iEconomy". To protect his equipment, he depends on the Digibag DSLR Camera Bag (PD221) and the Deca Tripod Cage (PT701) by Petrol Bags, part of Vitec Videocom, a Vitec Group company.

Sebastien Devaud is on the go with Petrol Bags Posted: 16/07/2013
Sebastien Devaud is on the go with Petrol Bags

When Sebastien Devaud arrives on set, he gets off his motorbike, takes off his backpack, and immediately begins setting up his equipment. In his Petrol Bags backpack, there is space for everything he needs for a day of shooting: DSLR crane, tripod, two fluid heads, jib-arm, monitor, and weights. "For me, the Deca Tripod Cage by Petrol Bags is the perfect bag," Devaud raves. "With the trolley system, I can comfortably move all of the equipment around the set in spite of the weight and then get back on my bike with all equipment conveniently stowed." For his shoots, Sebastien Devaud uses the Tripod Cage (PT701) as well as the DSLR Camera Rollpak (PD337) and the Deca Dr. Bag (PC002) by Petrol Bags, a part of Vitec Videcom, a Vitec Group company.
