Norwegian Football Debuts New On-Air and Over-the-Top Look Courtesy of RCS Posted: 02/05/2017

The first round of this seasons live Norwegian Football matches recently hit TVs, mobile phones and other viewing platforms with elegant new graphics created by Reality Check Systems (RCS). Fotball Media, the Norwegian Football Federations broadcast arm, enlisted RCS ahead of the season to create a new data-driven graphics package that ensured consistent brand representation across Norwegian Football rights holders match programming. RCS also teamed with Discovery Networks Norway (DNN) to develop a complementary graphics package for its studio programming.

Singular.Live Launches Ahead of NAB 2017, Bringing Personalized, Interactive Graphics to OTT Posted: 18/04/2017

WTA Media is a joint venture between leading digital sports content and media powerhouse Perform Group and the Womens Tennis Association. Sky Deutschland Streamlines Remote Production for Motorsport Broadcasts with New Version of RCS UpperCut Posted: 31/03/2016

Gearing up for the 2016 motorsport season, Sky Deutschland (Sky DE) recently rounded out its remote production workflow with a new version of Reality Check Systems (RCS) UpperCut, marking its third consecutive year the technology will serve as the foundation for Sky DEs unilateral F1¢ production. An evolution of the companys proven HD production solution, the latest update adds Vizrt Media Sequencer integration, allowing Sky DEs team to load custom-built graphics directly to a laptop for instant access and playout control from UpperCuts user interface (UI). With a small footprint, the system fits seamlessly into Sky DEs OB truck, and will facilitate broadcast of pre-, live and post- coverage for 21 F1 races this season.

Ahead of the 2014 U.S. midterm elections, Reality Check Systems (RCS) collaborated with the government and elections team (@gov) at Twitter to customize one of RCS Twitter Bullet mobile graphics workstations for use in the broadcast of Chicago Tonight's 2014 U.S. Senate Candidate Forum by local Chicago Affiliate WTTW11 (@wttw). Together on October 29, 2014 at 7:00pm CDT, Twitter and WTTW11 deployed the system to curate and air Tweets throughout the hour-long debate broadcast as dynamic graphics, bringing audience hashtags and conversations to life on-screen as they unfolded in real-time.

Reality Check Systems Expands On-Air Creativity for Sky Sport Deutschland F1 Coverage Posted: 30/04/2014

In preparation for the 2014 Formula One® (F1) racing season, Reality Check Systems (RCS) upgraded its Uppercut production system for Sky Sport Deutschland as part of a three-year engagement designed to streamline the network's live broadcasts and minimize production overhead. To bring advanced digital video effects (DVE) capabilities to Sky Sport's existing Uppercut system, which RCS originally developed and installed for the network last year, RCS' Steven Heimbold led a five-person team in designing innovative state logic software to simplify 3D DVE transitions and broaden creative graphics capabilities on Uppercut for Sky Sport's remote F1 productions.

Reality Check Systems Scores Assist for Top European Football Leagues Posted: 14/03/2014

Working closely with European production company Endemol Sport, RCS created a robust graphics hub to facilitate the broadcast of consistent high-quality graphics for Eredivisie football matches, which air exclusively on FOX Sports Netherlands; the centralized solution comprises proprietary software, data management apps and Vizrt Engines. Bundesliga also engaged RCS directly this summer to build its worldwide match graphics package and graphical elements, including a virtual set, for the original weekly highlights show Goal.
