Salrayworks announce a new partnership with DigiBox in the UK and Ireland

Salrayworks, producers of high quality video products today announced a new partnership with DigiBox in the UK and Ireland.

Salrayworks develop intelligent, easy to use IP broadcast equipment and innovative high-performance video processing solutions. Although Salrayworks was founded in 2019, the team behind the brand has worked together for many years and were responsible for developing the first 16-channel 4K mixer for the 2018 Korean Winter Olympics.

DigiBox will initially focus on the Salrayworks full NDI portfolio of high-performance video-over-IP cameras that allow anyone to use real-time, ultra-low latency video on existing gigabit networks.

The Sharon range, which uses NDI implemented on an Intel FPGA through Salrayworks’s own technology, features Sony’s 30x zoom and 1/2.8-type Exmor R CMOS image sensors for precise autofocus and has superior low light sensitivity.

DigiBox is one of the premier UK distributors of market-leading technologies for the broadcast, video, and ProAV industries.

Marc Risby, Managing Director of DigiBox commented “We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Salrayworks. They have an excellent pedigree for delivering high quality, reliable solutions and their range of full NDI PTZ cameras, particularly their class leading 360 degree rotatable model, is very impressive. Salrayworks PTZ cameras output NDI®, SDI and HDMI simultaneously making them ideal for recording of conferences, lectures, seminars and other live events with different interfaces.”

GEEn Jung, CEO of Salrayworks added “Salrayworks is very pleased to have signed a partnership with the UK and Ireland with DigiBox. I have high hopes for our partnership at a time when broadcasting technology is converted from SDI to IP in the EU market. Salrayworks actively promotes the Sharon series of cameras with full NDI camera technology developed with its own chip design-based technology. Compared to existing competitors, this includes smart functions such as swing and pattern recording and zoom speed controlling depending on distance.”

DigiBox will hold stock in the UK of the Sharon 360 range to ensure quick delivery to the dealer network. For more information or to arrange an online demonstration of the Salrayworks range please contact sales@digi-box.co.uk
