Shotoku has a long history of providing first class products and services to numerous national and regional broadcasters in Germany, including multiple ARD stations and independent TV channels. The manufacturer is now building on this history and its earned reputation for excellence with the engagement of Sertronics as their exclusive after-sales service partner for Germany.
Sertronics have decades of experience providing advanced engineering services and efficient logistics processing for spares and repairs to broadcast and other industries across the country. Their deep understanding of the demands of live broadcast operations and servicing of sophisticated technology makes them perfectly suited to the new role.
All Shotoku customers located in Germany will have direct access to a dedicated Germany-based support centre, staffed with competent Shotoku-trained engineers speaking their language and familiar with their specific configuration. With multiple offices in Germany, Sertronics is well placed to support clients across the country effectively and efficiently.
