Triveni Digital Brings NEXTGEN TV Innovations to ATSC Annual Member Meeting and Broadcast Conference

Triveni Digital today announced that the company will demonstrate its end-to-end NEXTGEN TV solutions at the ATSC Annual Member Meeting and NextGen Broadcast Conference, June 7-9, in Detroit. Triveni Digital's ATSC 3.0 solutions offer extensive integration with third-party products and have been deployed by leading broadcasters in the U.S., including Meredith, Hearst Television, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and ARK Multicasting.

"Triveni Digital is a key contributor to ATSC standards, including NEXTGEN TV, leading the charge to a new era of broadcast television," said Ralph Bachofen, vice president of sales and marketing at Triveni Digital. "At the ATSC Annual Member Meeting and NextGen Broadcast Conference, we are excited to show broadcasters end-to-end solutions that streamline NEXTGEN TV operations and enable revenue generation. With our ATSC 3.0 solutions, broadcasters are empowered to make a smooth transition to NEXTGEN TV and optimize the delivery of new revenue-enhancing services, including datacasting."

Showcasing the Latest NEXTGEN TV Innovations

A key highlight at the ATSC Annual Member Meeting and NextGen Broadcast Conference will be Triveni Digital's new award-winning StreamScope® XM ATSC 3.0 Monitor. The ATSC 3.0 professional monitoring, auditing, and logging system plays a pivotal role in increasing operational efficiencies for broadcasters and delivering a high quality of service for NEXTGEN TV. The system also includes long-term monitoring and reporting capabilities that speed up postmortem analysis.

Triveni Digital will also showcase the new SkyScraper® XM Datacasting System for ATSC 3.0 at the event. SkyScraper XM supports standard content distribution and private NRT distribution applications over ATSC 3.0 and ATSC 1.0, with optimized data delivery features such as Forward Error Correction, Opportunistic Data Insertion, and statistical multiplexing through hybrid broadcast and broadband delivery systems.

Bringing ATSC 3.0 to Life With Real-World Demos

At the event, Triveni Digital will provide live demos powered by the Triveni Digital Broadcast Chain and solutions with technology partners. Demos include an in-car ATSC 3.0 workflow with Auton, a mobile reception use case, and a first-responder paging system with Device Solutions.

Sharing ATSC 3.0 Expertise at the NextGen Broadcast Conference

At the NextGen Broadcast Conference, co-located with the ATSC Annual Member Meeting, Mark Corl, senior vice president of emergent technology development at Triveni Digital, will share his insights on the latest ATSC 3.0 and datacasting service delivery trends. He will be on the "Automotive Applications for ATSC3.0 and Datacasting Service Delivery" panel, moderated by Anne Schelle, managing director at Pearl TV, to examine the different datacasting applications enabled by NEXTGEN TV for automakers, including advanced in-car entertainment, advertising, emergency messaging, and software updates. The session will take place on Thursday, June 9, at 10:50 a.m.

As a leader in ATSC 3.0 solutions, a key contributor to standards development, and an active participant in next-generation ATSC trials and deployments, Triveni Digital is simplifying the transition to NEXTGEN TV.
