This is at odds with the almost 9 in 10 broadcasters (89%) intending to adopt Cloud technologies in the next year.

MPEG-5 LCEVC will become the multilayer video enhancement technology for implementation within SBTVD TV 3.0 after its launch expected in 2024, and its inclusion in the system demonstrates its maturity and fit for next generation broadcast needs.
