TNDV Applies Diverse Mobile Production Skillset for Academy of Country Music Events Posted: 19/05/2014

TNDV has five mobile production trucks and several flypacks crossing the country every week, with production teams working across multiple cities and locations on any given day. Occasionally, the stars align and several TNDV productions converge on the same city on the same date. This was the case in April, when the company sent its two largest trucks and a flypack to Las Vegas for three shoots, each with very diverse production requirements across live TV, post and professional AV environments.

Astro Productions on the road with Megahertz Posted: 02/09/2013

One of the most attention-grabbing exhibits at last years IBC was a new, large-scale outside broadcast truck on the Megahertz booth. Immediately after the show it was delivered to its new owner, Astro Productions in Malaysia, where it joined a sister vehicle. Between them the two trucks now cover at least 10 productions a week, ranging from major sporting events to entertainment spectaculars.

C2S SYSTEMS BUILDS DUAL-TRUCK OB FOR SUPERSPORT Posted: 03/11/2011

 

 

C2S Systems, the systems integration arm of WTS based in Leeds, has completed the second of two HD Outside Broadcast units for South African broadcaster SuperSport. The two-part project was commissioned in October 2010 following completion of a three-studio complex by C2S Systems for SuperSport and their sister company, M-Net, in Nigeria. Thefirst half of the project, OB1, was delivered in April this year. The two OBs were ordered as part of SuperSports expansion and upgrade plan, to provide enhanced coverage of the Nigerian football and basket ball leagues in HD, freeing the current fleet for coverage of other sports and events. Both of the new OBs will also be used as general production units for M-Net.

TNDV Television, a Nashville, TN-based provider of HD/SD video systems and services for remote video production, announced plans to outfit its newest HD truck with 10 Hitachi Z-HD5000 multiformat (720p/1080i) HDTV cameras along with Hitachi CU-HD1000 fiber-based camera control units (CCUs). WYOMING PBS UPGRADES SATELLITE TRUCK WITH FOUR HITACHI MULTIFORMAT HD CAMERAS Posted: 30/11/2010
Wyoming PBS purchased four Hitachi SK-HD1000 multi-format HDTV cameras as part of the planned upgrade of its 32-foot digital production truck equipped with a 2.4-meter Ku-Band satellite uplink dish. The truck travels across the state, producing multi-camera remote video productions, such as sessions of the Wyoming State Legislature in Cheyenne, political debates, and sporting events. Also known as KCWC-DT, Wyoming PBS is located on the campus of Central Wyoming College in Riverton, WY.
