This week on KitPlusTV News, we start off with the latest news on the upcoming NAB Show in Las Vegas, which is taking place from April 15 - 19th... Among the exhibitors, Tedial (1:15) has announced that its award-winning smartWork cloud-native, NoCode Media Integration Platform will be at NAB with a suite of Package Business Capabilities (PBCs). Cobalt Digital (1:53) will introduce significant enhancements to additions to its newly launched Sapphire Converter series. InSync Technology (2:20) is rolling out updated versions of its FrameFormer software to coincide with NAB.
In addition, Shotoku USA (3:02) has announced that it is launching its latest studio control system at NAB. The award-winning Argo audio mixing control platform from Calrec (3:23) is making its NAB debut with both the Argo Q and Argo S on display. Tolka (4:14) will also be promoting its latest broadcast-related products and services.
We are joined with Mr Mxf (4:38) who talks about the recent news from Globecast - 'Globecast launches 100G fibre network in Europe' and what it really means behind the headline.
Moving on to other news outside of NAB, PlayBox Technology (5:59) has completed implementation of a scheduling and playlist system for Visjon Norge. Witbe (6:44) has announced a partnership with T-Mobile NL to support its mission of delivering top-tier service to all its customers. Ateme (7:04) has announced that its complete live video encoding and delivery suite are now validated cloud-native network functions (CNFs) on Red Hat OpenShift.
Lightware Visual Engineering (7:29) has some exciting news with the opening of its new Experience Centre in the heart of London. Matthews (8:12) highlights two rugged and versatile camera support tools that individually solve a world of everyday busy set needs and together form a dynamic camera support duo.
For their most recent tournament, the Elite 1 Caribbean Basketball League utilized a Clear-Com® (8:44) Encore® Analog Partyline system provided by Clear-Com’s Jamaica-based partner, content creation firm M-One Productions Company Ltd. DoPchoice (9:15) again comes up with a unique light control solution: this time for combining multiple Astera HydraPanel lights in one softbox.
