In this week's episode of KitPlus TV News, we explore the developments in the industry and recent news from the KitPlus press room as well as a few IBC updates.

Starting with IBC news, Leader Electronics (0:25) will demonstrate the latest additions to its wide range of broadcast measurement and monitoring solutions, co-exhibiting with PHABRIX. Intinor (0:49) will celebrate IBC – and the company’s 20th anniversary – with a presentation of its innovative tools for remote production, contribution and distribution. And Hitomi Broadcast (1:24) will be on-hand showcasing its new cloud-based lip-sync measurement capabilities.

Also in other news, Hitomi (1:40) is supplying a full set of its synchronisation tools to MMC Studios in Cologne. Dalet (2:17) has announced it has joined the Amazon Web Services Independent Software Vendor Accelerate Program and completed the AWS Foundational Technical Review for Dalet Flex. Half-ton Studios (2:44) has chosen PMC6 monitors for its facility in the UK and is now reaping the benefits of a monitoring system that suits both the size and acoustics of its control room. Vizrt (3:17) helped the European League of Football (ELF) achieve its vision of moving to cloud live production for its 2023 season, in a mere three weeks.

This Is Distorted has custom built its new Leeds based audio and visual podcasting facility around the Blackmagic Design (3:48) ATEM Mini Extreme ISO live production switcher and Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 digital film camera.  Rohde & Schwarz (4:35) has delivered a new FM radio transmitter to Grupo Massa in São Paulo, Brazil. Lightware Visual Engineering (5:14) has announced a partnership with Sennheiser to deliver a groundbreaking AV solution that caters to the modern, dynamic nature of modern meetings. The Tiffen Company (5:32) adds a new type of filter to their repertoire of imaging tools.

Wooden Camera (5:57) has announced the new Elite Accessory System for ARRI ALEXA 35. Edgio (6:22) has announced a partnership with Vermantia. The Video Services Forum (VSF) (7:00) has further enhanced the Reliable Internet Streaming Transport (RIST) protocol by incorporating a RIST Relay function to address the issue of firewall traversal for RIST devices. TAG Video Systems (7:50) is announcing a heightened level of integration with Skyline Communications’ Dataminer.
